Lazy Teenage Super Heroes: Featuring a Stoner Super Hero Who Blazes Marijuana to Power Up

This short film features a group of super hero roommates. Their powers all have some weird twist on them, which seem to be cover ups for their stoner/alcoholic lifestyles.

Creator Michael Ashton made an excellent short for only $ 300. It makes you think, if Hollywood wasn't wasting so much money on inflated salaries they would be able to make some really amazing movies.

There is a character in the short who uses marijuana to power up. His "Phoenix" like powers are pretty awesome as long as he stays blazed. Even though he's arguably the coolest character the spotlight is on the underdog character. The movie is narrated by the only one in the group without powers, a kid named Tyler.

"Tyler is your average awkward teenager just trying to get by like the rest of us. Until one day, he moves in with three unusual roommates – Mitchell, Calvin, and Richard all have extraordinary, super human abilities.

Although Tyler still has one thing they don’t have: ambition. Lazy Teenage Superheroes follows Ty as he tries to get his new "super" friends to put down the video games, get off the couch, and use their powers to help save the world, instead of themselves." LazySuperTeenageSuperHeros.com
